1/3 cup walnuts or almonds.
½ apple. Better be green.
1 ½ to 2 cups of water.
Recommendations:

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Always eat protein first.
For best results, do not replace any food on this list.
Second stage: nutritional supplements
